    Fascinating video. His photographic process with the flashes rigged 20 meters away while he uses a telephoto lens prefocused is good as it allows him to concentrate on timing and composition.

    I think DiCorcia won because the image was not premeditated in the same way as a photograph inside the studio. I think this case should be studied by all photography students! I also wonder what your photography lecturers think of the Nussenzweig v. DiCorcia case. Well done again.

    I think the legal ruling on the Nussenzweig v. DiCorcia shows the complexity and subtly of the law regarding photographs. Excellent research!
